We can also assess your saddle and let you know what repairs may be necessary to keep it in safe, working condition.
Our Process:
- You send us your photos of item(s) needing Repair, by text or email.
- We will email you an Estimate for Repair(s), typically within 1-2 business days.

You review the emailed Estimate and Approve or Decline.
- We will include an estimated timeline for completing your repair within the Estimate.
- Upon Estimate Approval, we will email an Invoice for payment.
- We require payment in full prior to processing all Repair work.
- Upon receipt of payment, we will reach out to you regarding arrangements to get the items to us; Pick-Up, Drop Off, or Ship.
Repairs are processed in the order received.
RUSH Service is available for an additional $150.
